Job description:
* Cleaning homes, apartments, and condominiums for clients on a one-time or recurring basis
* Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
* Dusting, vacuuming, and polishing floors, surfaces, and fixtures in residential settings
* Sanitizing kitchens, bathrooms, and other high-traffic areas to prevent the spread of germs
* Managing cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory to maintain efficiency and effectiveness
* Working independently or as part of a team to complete cleaning assignments
* Reporting any issues, concerns, or client complaints to management in a timely manner
* Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients and themselves by following company protocols and procedures
* Morning Shift: 5am - 9am
* Evening Shifts: 3pm - 7pmRequirements While working in a similar role would be beneficial, full training will be given. Knowledge of COSHH and Health & Safety would be an advantage.
Responsibilities * Ensuring that areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times
* Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
* Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly
